Jon built Austin Star Services on a simple idea: test everything, assume nothing. With experience spanning service, installation, sales, supervision, and system design, he's seen every shortcut in the industry — and decided to do things differently. He holds EPA Universal certification, is a certified Green Home Mechanical Contractor, and carries IICRC certifications in fire, flood, odor, air conditioning, and heating.
